Windswept Missions was born out of a passion

to communicate the life-giving love of Jesus

to those in need.

 

Pope St. John Paul II said:

"The world needs saints.

All are called to holiness,

and holy people alone

can renew humanity."

Through speaking, storytelling, and music, Windswept mission nights aim to make time and space for people to encounter the Living God in a new way and experience more deeply the fullness of life that Jesus came to bring. 

 

This encounter is what ignites our love for God and the desire to become the saints we are called to be.

Windswept was founded in 2018 by Shaun Garrison, a missionary and worship leader who has devoted his entire life to making Jesus Christ known in the world.

​

Having worked six years in parishes in youth and music ministry, he then served for eleven years with FOCUS, the Fellowship of Catholic University Students. As a songwriter Shaun has recorded two full-length albums and three digital singles. He has had the privilege of playing music for events across North America and Europe, leading more than 18,000 people in worship at World Youth Day 2016 in Krakow, Poland.

Shaun and his wife, Joy, have six amazing children and live in Denver, Colorado.
